Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-75 > Chapter-71 > 7112 § 7112. False report of theft or conversion of vehicle. A person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree if the person knowingly makes a false report of the theft or conversion of a vehicle to a police officer or to the department.
