§ 9015. Reports from common carriers. (a) Duty.--A person transporting liquid fuels either in interstate or intrastate commerce to a point within this Commonwealth from a point within or without this Commonwealth shall report under oath or affirmation to the department on or before the last day of each month for the preceding month all deliveries of liquid fuels made to points within this Commonwealth. (b) Forms.--The report shall be on a form prescribed by the department and shall state the names and addresses of the consignor and consignee, the number of gallons of liquid fuels transported and any other information which the department may require. (c) Penalty.--Any person violating any of the provisions of this section commits a misdemeanor of the third degree.
