Statutes > Pennsylvania > Title-75 > Chapter-94 > 9406 § 9406. Disposition of fines and forfeitures. All fines imposed under this chapter and the net proceeds received from the sale of forfeited property shall be payable to the Commonwealth and credited to the Motor License Fund.
