§ 1-306. Boundary with Tennessee.

The boundary line between the Commonwealth and Tennessee shall be and remainthe same as established by the Supreme Court of the United States in the caseof Tennessee v. Virginia, 190 U.S. 64 (1903), and the compact between theCommonwealth and Tennessee approved on February 9, 1901, by an act of theGeneral Assembly.
