§ 10.1-1019. Executive secretary; land management.

A. The Director of the Department of Conservation and Recreation shall serveas executive secretary to the Foundation and shall be responsible forproviding technical assistance and performing any administrative duties thatthe Foundation may direct.

B. The Department of Conservation and Recreation shall administer theFoundation's lands as if such lands were departmental lands, and theregulations established by the Director for the management and protection ofdepartmental lands shall apply to real estate held by the Foundation. TheDepartment's conservation officers commissioned under § 10.1-115 shall havejurisdiction on all of the Foundation's lands and waters.
