All state officers, agencies, commissions, boards, departments, institutionsand foundations shall cooperate with and assist the Foundation in carryingout its purpose and, to that end, may accept any gift or conveyance of realproperty or interest therein or other property in the name of theCommonwealth from the Foundation. Such property shall be held in possessionor used as provided in the terms of the trust, contract or instrumentality bywhich it was conveyed.
