Individuals and corporations causing fires by violation of any provision ofthis article shall be liable to the Commonwealth for (i) all damages theCommonwealth sustained by such fire or fires, and (ii) the full amount of allexpenses incurred by the Commonwealth, in fighting or extinguishing such fire.
