The Department shall submit an annual report to the Governor and theappropriate committees of the General Assembly. The report shall include anevaluation of its pollution prevention activities. The report shall besubmitted by December 1 of each year, beginning in 1994. The report shallinclude, to the extent available, information regarding progress in expandingpollution prevention activities in the Commonwealth.
