§ 10.1-2110. Local governments outside of Tidewater Virginia may adoptprovisions.

Any local government, although not a part of Tidewater Virginia may employthe criteria developed pursuant to § 10.1-2107 and may incorporate protectionof the quality of state waters into their comprehensive plans, zoningordinances and subdivision ordinances consistent with the provisions of thischapter.
