In addition to any other review requirements of this chapter, the Boardshall, upon request by any county, city or town, review any application forthe use or development of land in that county, city or town for consistencywith the provisions of this chapter. Any such review shall be completed and areport submitted to such county, city or town within ninety days of suchrequest.
