A. The Moormans River in Albemarle County, from the Charlottesville Reservoirto its junction with the Mechums River, is hereby designated a component ofthe Virginia Scenic Rivers System.
B. No dam or other structure impeding the natural flow of the river shall beconstructed, operated, or maintained unless specifically authorized by an actof the General Assembly.
