§ 10.1-532. Employment of officers, agents and employees.
The district directors may employ a secretary-treasurer, whose qualificationsshall be approved by the Board, technical experts, and such other officers,agents and employees, permanent and temporary, as they may require, and shalldetermine their qualifications, duties and compensation.
