§ 10.1-548. Contracts; rules.
Districts are authorized to have a seal; to have perpetual succession unlessterminated as hereinafter provided; to make and execute contracts and otherinstruments necessary or convenient to the exercise of their powers; to make,amend and repeal regulations not inconsistent with this chapter, to effecttheir purposes and powers.
