Districts in partnership with other districts, agencies, organizations, andassociations are authorized to coordinate and implement the VirginiaEnvirothon Program, administered by the Virginia Association of Soil andWater Conservation Districts, which enables learning experiences for highschool students through competitive events focusing on natural resourceconservation.
