§ 10.1-568. Appeals.

A. Final decisions of counties, cities or towns under this article shall besubject to review by the court of record of the county or city, provided thatan appeal is filed within thirty days from the date of any written decisionadversely affecting the rights, duties or privileges of the person engagingin or proposing to engage in land-disturbing activities.

B. Final decisions of the districts shall be subject to an administrativereview by the Board, provided that an appeal is filed within thirty days fromthe date of the written decision.

C. Final decisions of the Board either upon its own action or upon the reviewof the action of a district shall be subject to judicial review in accordancewith the provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.).
