§ 10.1-632. Powers granted additional to powers of soil and waterconservation district; soil and water conservation district to continue toexercise its powers.

The powers herein granted to watershed improvement districts shall beadditional to the powers of the soil and water conservation district ordistricts in which the watershed improvement district is situated; and thesoil and water conservation district or districts shall be authorized,notwithstanding the creation of the watershed improvement district, tocontinue to exercise their powers within the watershed improvement district.
