§ 12.1-41. Petitions for writs of supersedeas.

Upon petition of the Commonwealth, any party in interest, or any partyaggrieved, the Supreme Court may award a writ of supersedeas to any finalfinding, order, or judgment of the Commission. Any such petition shall bepresented within four months from the date of such final finding, order, orjudgment.
