§ 13.1-810.1. Number of members.

A. For purposes of this Act, the following identified as a member in acorporation's current record of members constitutes one member:

1. Two or more co-owners;

2. A corporation, limited liability company, partnership, limitedpartnership, business trust, trust, estate, or other entity; or

3. The trustees, guardians, custodians, or other fiduciaries of a singletrust, estate, or account.

B. For purposes of this Act, membership interests registered in substantiallysimilar names constitute one member if it is reasonable to believe that thenames represent the same person.
