§ 13.1-811. Penalty for signing false documents.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sign a document which he knows isfalse in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered tothe Commission for filing.
B. Anyone who violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
