Statutes > Virginia > Title-13-1 > Chapter-13 > 13-1-1101-1§ 13.1-1101.1. Practice of certain professions by limited liability companies.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation, the professional servicesdefined in subsection A of § 13.1-1102 may be rendered in this Commonwealthby:
1. A limited liability company organized as a professional limited liabilitycompany pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;
2. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate ofauthority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter;
3. A limited liability company organized pursuant to the provisions ofChapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) of this title; or
4. A foreign limited liability company that has obtained a certificate ofauthority pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12 (§ 13.1-1000 et seq.) ofthis title.
