§ 13.1-1205. Unlawful to sign false documents; penalty.
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to sign a document he knows is falsein any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to theCommission for filing under this chapter.
B. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
