A. It shall be unlawful for any person to transact business in thisCommonwealth as a business trust or to offer or advertise to transactbusiness in this Commonwealth as a business trust unless the alleged businesstrust is either a domestic business trust or a foreign business trustauthorized to transact business in this Commonwealth.
B. Any person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of aClass 1 misdemeanor.
