§ 13.1-516. Misleading filings.

It shall be unlawful for any person willfully to make or cause to be made, inany document filed with the Commission or in any proceeding under thischapter, any statement which is, at the time and in the light of thecircumstances in which it is made, false or misleading in any materialrespect.
