§ 13.1-667. Action by single and multiple voting groups.

A. If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provides for voting by asingle voting group on a matter, action on that matter is taken when votedupon by that voting group as provided in § 13.1-665.

B. If the articles of incorporation or this chapter provides for voting bytwo or more voting groups on a matter, action on that matter is taken onlywhen voted upon by each of those voting groups counted separately as providedin § 13.1-666. Action may be taken by one voting group on a matter eventhough no action is taken by another voting group entitled to vote on thematter.
