§ 15.2-1608.2. Salaries of county treasurers.

The annual salaries of county treasurers or any officers, whether elected orappointed, who hold the combined office of county treasurer and commissionerof the revenue subject to the provisions of § 15.2-1636.17, shall be asprescribed in the general appropriation act, except as otherwise provided in§ 15.2-1636.12.

Notwithstanding the repeal of §§ 14-68.1, 14-69, 14-69.1, 14-69.2, 14-69.3and 14-75, effective July 1, 1964, the prior authority of such sections iscontinued in effect as to any person holding office on such date.
