§ 15.2-1804. Building by locality.

Notwithstanding any contrary provision of law, general or special, when alocality builds facilities for its own use on real property owned by it butlocated in another locality's jurisdiction, all building inspections requiredby law shall be conducted without payment of any fees or costs to thelocality within whose boundaries the building occurs; however, the localitywithin whose boundaries the building occurs may require that such inspectionsbe carried out by the agents of the locality building the facility.
