§ 15.2-2022. Certain counties may adopt ordinance regulating tracking of mudand debris upon highways.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 15.2-2000 A, any county (i) whose roadsare not a part of the state secondary highway system, (ii) which has theurban county executive form of government, or (iii) is adjacent to a countywhich has the urban county executive form of government may, by ordinance,regulate the tracking of mud and debris upon the highways and secondaryhighways within the county boundaries.
