§ 15.2-2256. Procedure to account for fees for common improvements.

Upon a verified petition signed by the owners, other than the originalsubdivider, of ten percent of the lots in any subdivision, the board ofdirectors or other governing body of the subdivision charged with collectionof fees and the maintenance of common improvements shall render an annualreport with a statement of account of all fees collected and the dispositionof all funds derived from any fees assessed for the maintenance of commonimprovements to the lot owners. The board of directors or other governingbody of the subdivision may charge the lot owners for the actual cost ofcopying the annual report.
