§ 15.2-2900. Purpose and intent.
It is the purpose and intent of the General Assembly to create a procedurewhereby the Commonwealth will help ensure that all of its localities aremaintained as viable communities in which their citizens can live. To carryout this purpose and intent, there is hereby established the Commission onLocal Government.
