The clerk of the circuit court shall give notice of the court's determinationof a county's or tier-city's eligibility for immunity to any court in whichproceedings were stayed pending a determination of county or tier-cityimmunity. If county or tier-city immunity is granted by order of the court,any suits stayed pending a determination of such immunity shall be dismissed.If county or tier-city immunity is not granted by order of the court, suchstays shall be dissolved.
