§ 15.2-3519. Repeal of certain charters.
At the session of the General Assembly that follows the elections providedfor in either § 15.2-3508 or § 15.2-3509, the governing body of the resultingconsolidated county, city or town shall request its delegate or senator inthe General Assembly to introduce a bill to repeal all obsolete charters ofthe local governments that have been consolidated.
