§ 15.2-3712. Repeal of charter.
After a town charter has been annulled in accordance with this chapter, thelocal governing body of the county or counties in which the town was locatedshall make a request to a state legislator representing that county that theGeneral Assembly repeal the town charter at the next legislative session.
