§ 15.2-3905. Time limit for intervenors; publication of order.

The special court shall by order fix a time within which a voter, propertyowner, person having an interest, or locality not served may become a partyto proceedings instituted under this chapter, and thereafter no such petitionshall be received, except for good cause shown. A copy of the order shall bepublished at least once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper ornewspapers of general circulation in the county and in the adjoining oradjacent counties and cities.
