§ 15.2-4104. Time limit for intervenors; publication of order.

The special court shall by order fix a time within which a qualified voter,property owner, political subdivision, or other interested party not servedmay become a party to proceedings instituted under this chapter, andthereafter no such petition shall be received except for good cause shown. Acopy of the order shall be published at least once a week for two successiveweeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the city and county.
