§ 15.2-4514. Accounts and records.

Every commission shall keep and preserve complete and accurate accounts andrecords of all moneys received and disbursed; business and operations; andall property and funds it owns, manages, or controls. Each commission shallprepare and transmit to the Governor and to the governing body of each countyand city within the district, annually and at such other times the Governorrequires, complete and accurate reports of the state and content of suchaccounts and records, together with other relevant information as theGovernor may require.
