The governing bodies of counties and cities participating in a transportationdistrict are authorized to appropriate funds for the administrative and otherexpenses and obligations (i) of the commission of the transportationdistrict, as provided in § 15.2-4515 D, (ii) of an agency and (iii) for suchother purposes as may be specified in a law creating a transportationdistrict.
