§ 15.2-5218. Appeal from order; supersedeas.
Any party aggrieved by such order may apply for an appeal to the SupremeCourt of Virginia and a supersedeas may be granted in the same manner as isnow or hereafter shall be provided by law and the rules of court applicableto civil cases.
