§ 15.2-5375. Appropriations to Authority.

Any participating locality is authorized to make appropriations to theAuthority from available funds or from funds provided for the purpose by bondissues for the acquisition of land or improvements to land or theconstruction, improvement, maintenance, and operation of any hospital orhealth center operated or controlled or proposed to be operated or controlledby the Authority. The participating locality may also transfer to theAuthority, with or without consideration, real or personal property for anyor all of such purposes.
