§ 15.2-5326. Physicians and employees.
An authority shall have power to provide and maintain continuous residentphysician and intern medical services; to appoint an administrator orsuperintendent and necessary assistants, and any and all other employeesdeemed necessary or advisable and fix their compensation; and to remove suchappointees.
