§ 15.2-5406.2. Tort claims against certain authorities.

An authority created by a governmental unit exempt from the referendumrequirement of § 15.2-5403 shall be subject to tort liability only to theextent that the governmental unit that is the sole member of such authorityis subject to such liability.
