Any person who violates any of the rules adopted by the board pursuant tothis chapter relating to permits or failure to purchase a permit, safetyviolations, or other civil violations is subject to a civil penalty of $100.All penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be allocated to theSouthwest Regional Recreation Authority.
