§ 15.2-6000. Authority created; name.
The Virginia Coalfield Economic Development Authority, hereinafter referredto as the Authority, is created as a body politic and corporate, a politicalsubdivision of the Commonwealth. As such it shall have, and is hereby vestedwith, the powers and duties hereinafter conferred in this chapter.
