§ 15.2-6009. Capitalization of Authority.
On September 1, 1988, and on the first day of each month thereafter, eachcounty and city shall remit to the Virginia Coalfield Economic DevelopmentFund twenty-five percent of the revenues collected during the next to lastcalendar month from the coal and gas road improvement tax pursuant to §58.1-3713.
