§ 15.2-6204. Office of Authority; title to property.
The Board shall maintain the principal office of the Authority within theRegion. All records shall be kept and business transacted at such office. Thetitle to all property of every kind belonging to the Authority shall betitled to the Authority, which shall hold it for the benefit of its membersand the Commonwealth.
