§ 15.2-747. Board may prohibit and penalize acts which are misdemeanors understate law.

In addition to the powers conferred by § 15.2-746, the board may prohibit anyact defined as a misdemeanor and prohibited by the laws of this Commonwealthand provide a penalty for violations to the end that such governing body mayparallel by ordinance the criminal laws of this Commonwealth.
