§ 15.2-960. Planting of trees destroyed during construction.

Any locality may establish reasonable rules, regulations, and schedules forplanting trees in and along areas dedicated for public use where trees havebeen destroyed in the construction process. This provision shall not affectthe validity of any local ordinance adopted pursuant to any other provisionof law.
