§ 15.2-967. Parking facilities.

Any locality may provide off-street automobile parking facilities and openthem to the public, with or without charge, and when any locality constructsor has constructed any such facility, it may lease space therein for privatecommercial purposes which are necessary for sound fiscal management of theparking facility or which space is not suitable for parking.
