§ 16.1-229. This chapter controlling in event of conflict.
Whenever any specific provision of this chapter differs from or is inconflict with any provision or requirement of any other chapters of thistitle relating to the same or a similar subject, then such specific provisionshall be controlling with respect to such subject or requirement.
