§ 16.1-269.5. Placement of juvenile.
The juvenile court may order placement of the transferred juvenile in eithera local correctional facility as approved by the State Board of Correctionspursuant to the limitations of subsections D and E of § 16.1-249 or ajuvenile detention facility.
