In cases involving (i) the custody, visitation or support of a child arisingunder subdivision A 3 of § 16.1-241, (ii) spousal support arising undersubsection L of § 16.1-241, or (iii) support, maintenance, care, and custodyof a child or support and maintenance of a spouse transferred to the juvenileand domestic relations district court pursuant to § 20-79, the court mayenter support orders in pendente lite proceedings, provided such proceedingsare not ex parte.
